Lotti Frauchiger is Senior Director and Head of CMC at Molecular Partners AG (Zurich, Switzerland), where she spearheads manufacturing of DARPin therapeutics, including targeted radiopharmaceuticals and immune cell engagers. Since joining the company in 2022, she has been responsible for shaping fit for purpose CMC strategies and advancing collaborations that enable innovative modalities such as targeted alpha Radio DARPins. With more than 20 years of experience in the chemical and biotechnology industries at Dow, Biogen and Molecular Partners, Lotti has held roles of increasing responsibility across development and External Manufacturing of various modalities. She has led cross functional supply teams and driven network strategy initiatives supporting global development programs.
Lotti is a trained pharmacist (ETH Zurich) and holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Rutgers University, New Jersey, USA.
